Shizaru, is the original and only HOT Studio on Nusa Lembongan, offering a range of practices including Original Bikram hot yoga, 26n2 hot yoga, Hot Pilates, Inferno Hot Pilates, Yoga retreats, Yoga Teacher Training, Shala rental, and Spiritual health and wellbeing events.
Shizaru was founded by a group of yogis who partnered with 3Monkeys Island Fit to create a space where they could both live and work on Nusa Lembongan. 3 Monkeys has been an island institution for over 20 years, and in 2025, Shizaru was added as the fourth monkey. The four monkeys represent "See no evil (Mizaru), Hear no evil (Kikazaru), Speak no evil (Iwazaru), and now Do no evil (Shizaru)."
With morning and afternoon yoga and Pilates classes scheduled 7 days a week, Shizaru also hosts retreats, teacher training, island wellness events, and other holistic experiences designed to nurture mind, body, and soul.
